Your role: the expertise

  • You design the course. The objectives, the outline, the examples, and three case studies drawn from what you have lived through.
  • You review and approve every lesson. Nothing reaches a learner without your sign-off.
  • Your name and face appear as the course supervisor. A reputation built on work you are proud of.

No studio, and no hours in front of a camera. Your time goes into the one thing nobody else can provide: your experience.

Our role: everything else

ProductionWe turn your outline into video lessons, an activity after each one, and finished case studies.
Virtual presentersMaha, Ali and Khlood present the lessons, with clear disclosure to learners that they are AI-generated.
The platformEnrolment, saved progress, certificates with verification links, and company seats.
Marketing and paymentsWe market the course to individuals and organizations, and handle payments, invoices and refunds.

Revenue: we share the course's revenue with you at a rate agreed for each course, written into the contract before production begins.

Who we look for

At least 10 years of hands-on experience leading the work in your field.

  • You have led teams, projects or departments, not only taught about them.
  • You have decisions and mistakes you learned from, and you can explain why things happened.
  • You write and speak clearly, in Arabic, English or both.
  • You are ready to put your name and face on the course.

The steps

  1. Apply using the form below. It takes a few minutes.
  2. An introductory call about your experience and the course your field is missing.
  3. A course outline: you draft the objectives and modules, and we agree terms and the revenue share.
  4. Production: we produce the lessons and activities; you review and approve each one.
  5. Launch: the course goes live under your name, and we start marketing it.
