Can a seat move from one employee to another?

Each seat is assigned to a named employee, and you manage seats from your organization’s account. If you need to move a seat to a colleague, message us and we’ll arrange it with you.

How long does a custom training take to build?

It depends on the volume of policies and the number of lessons. We agree the timeline with you in the proposal, before any work begins.

How are the certificates verified?

Each certificate is issued in the employee’s name on completion, with a public verification link anyone can open to check its status.

Do you issue a tax invoice?

Yes. We issue a tax invoice in your organization’s name, with VAT applied.

Who sees our policies and internal content?

Training built on your policies stays inside your organization’s account and never appears in our public catalogue.
